With over ten years of Operations experience, she's learned to asses and improve internal workflows for international organizations of vastly different sizes, from a two-person consultancy to a fast-growth startup, where she gained firsthand experience helping a team scale 15x in just 2 years.
An early work-from-home pioneer, Dany found the world of remote work in October 2017 and never looked back. She is at her happiest right after the coffee kicks in, and regrets to inform you that she's the kind of person who can't hold back commenting on movies as she watches them.
Dany is based in Guadalajara, Mexico.
