Creating a brand for a nearsourcing innovator.

We had collaborated on a number of projects before, so when our friends at Aligned Global, a Miami, FL-based development firm, told us they wanted to reinvigorate their brand and website, we were excited to help. Aligned needed a new identity and a minimal, contemporary site to support their recent and future work bringing together near-sourced development talent with US-based leadership. We worked with them to create a new logo, craft messaging to describe their services, and develop a beautiful single-page scrolling website design that would highlight their digital capabilities.

The minimal brand aesthetic that we developed for Aligned hints at the unburdening effect they have on their clients. The logo, a simple outlined hexagon with a missing piece, implies the hard-to-find but necessary capabilities that Aligned brings to bear on their customers’ projects.

Furthermore, hiring a development team to bring complex ideas to life can be a challenging process with a lot of moving parts. The conversational, direct brand voice we helped them find eliminates jargon and confusion – communicating their services with clarity and highlighting key benefits of their process: predictability, agility, speed, and cost savings.

Matched with custom services icons, clean typography, and our favorite touch – a big circular orange Contact button – the identity comes together to make a sophisticated technology partner easy to understand – and to engage.
